Shang-Ting Peng is Hebe Media's Head of Fashion and is the co-founder of UK Observing Diary, an online project showcasing Leeds and London trends to an audience of millions in the Far East.
She is about to publish her first book, based on the UK Observing Diary project.
Shang-Ting studied Fashion Communication at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona and has worked on shows for brands such as Comme des Garçons and Maison Martin Margiela.
